- 3 Large sweet potatoes
- 1 cup brown sugar splenda
- butter buds
- Peel sweet potatoes and slice them into 1/4 inch slices.
- Lay them out side by side on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with butter buds, brown sugar splenda, and cinnamon.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
- Flip each piece over and sprinkle with butter buds, brown sugar splenda, and cinnamon.
- Bake again at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until soft.
