At Body Works Personal Training, we apply our knowledge of biomechanics and kinesiology to achieve the best results for every athlete we train. We believe that an athlete should be trained by an athlete, not just someone that looks good in a t-shirt. Our background in sports medicine and athletic training allows us to achieve the best results, while preventing injuries. We utilize many different tools in our sport specific training including ocean kayaks, parachute, hurdles, and cones.
